In June 2016, our team traveled to a remote location in Nicaragua to learn more about the culture and people of Nicaragua. We also helped the community with a service project that involved installing a fresh water system for several homes. With the success of last summer's trip behind us, our team traveled back to Nicaragua. This time, we visited Peñas Blancas, Jinotega. Words cannot express the picturesque beauty we witnessed. Our project consisted of installing a compostable toilet/sewer system and clearing the land for a disabled man in the community. We were blessed to serve the country of Nicaragua again. Read more...
